On September 29, 2020, Defendant Brooke Alexandria Kimble appeared before me for a sentencing hearing. I had previously accepted her plea of guilty to Distribution of a Quantity of Fentanyl, a Schedule II Controlled Substance in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), as charged in Count One of the Indictment filed against her. However, I had deferred acceptance of the plea agreement until sentencing. Accepting this plea agreement would have required me to impose a sentence within the range of 120 to 180 months in prison.
