To the extent plaintiffs who direct file lawsuits continue to use old forms or name parties that no longer are included on Short Form or Amended Short Form Complaints, those parties will be terminated or not readded by the Clerk, and the pleading may be struck from the docket and the case dismissed so that the plaintiff must refile her action and pay a second filing fee.
