The remaining bellwether cases set for trial in May and June 2015, Watkins v. Cook, Inc., et al., 2:13-cv-20370, and Hovey v. Cook, Inc., et al., 2:13-cv-18900 have been dismissed with prejudice by the plaintiffs.

The Bellwether and backup Bellwether cases of Ailey v. Cook Inc., et al., 2:13-cv-18888, and Lingo v. Cook Inc., et al., 2:13-cv-20359, have been dismissed with prejudice by the plaintiffs. The remaining bellwether trial schedule remains in place:

May 18, 2015 Watkins v. Cook Inc., et al. 2:13-cv-20370

June 8, 2015 Hovey v. Cook Inc., et al. 2:13-cv-18900

Lingo v. Cook Inc., et al. 2:13-cv-20359 (backup to be tried only if Ailey is dismissed or otherwise not ready for trial)

May 18, 2015 Watkins v. Cook Inc., et al. 2:13-cv-20370

June 8, 2015 Hovey v. Cook Inc., et al. 2:13-cv-18900
