The U.S. Courts Library is maintained for the use of the Federal Judiciary. Members of the bar and authorized pro se litigants may use the library in compliance with posted regulations. Only court personnel may remove materials from the library; members of the Bar and pro se litigants may use materials in the library.
Non-court employees may make ten free photocopies per day; we do not maintain a billing system for additional copies.
