February 2009 - NEW AND RESTYLED FORMS
Beginning two summers ago, the Administrative Office began a project to rewrite most of the civil and criminal forms in simple, modern English. The project was modeled on the recent restyling of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the earlier restyling of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.
Fillable forms available on our website are undergoing revisions in conjunction with this project. Please check back often for the most up-to-the-minute versions available.
