Hours of Operation and Holidays

Normal Hours:

The Clerk's Office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m.

Holidays:

The U. S. District Court and the Probation Office for the Southern District of West Virginia will be closed in observance of the following holidays in the year 2008:

January 1 (Tuesday) - New Year's Day observed

January 21 (Monday) - Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.

February 18 (Monday) - President's Day

May 26 (Monday) - Memorial Day

July 4 (Friday) - Independence Day

September 1 (Monday) - Labor Day

October 13 (Monday) - Columbus Day

November 11 (Monday) - Veteran's Day observed

November 27 (Thursday) - Thanksgiving Day

December 25 (Thursday) - Christmas Day
